THE COMPANY

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, AWP is an award-winning production company dedicated to producing high-quality narrative and documentary films.

AWP founder Jessica Moorhouse is a graduate of the Simon Fraser University Film Program. Currently, she is circulating her short film Catechism to film festivals around the world and starting pre-production on her next short film.

25-10-11 Catechism is now screening on various Air Canada flights. Be sure to catch it on your next trip across the country!

31-01-11 AWP's newest film project, Noodle Soup, has made it into the top 13 in this year's Crazy 8s competition! The Georgia Straight was there to cover all the action, which you can read about right here.

20-06-10 Catechism is going to be screened at this month's Celluloid Social Club in Vancouver, followed by a Q&A with myself and some of the cast and crew. It will be taking place at the Anza Club on June 23 at 8:00pm. See you there!

05-06-10 It was one hell of a trip to the 63rd Annual Yorkton Film Festival, which included accepting the Golden Sheaf Award for Best Student Production! Photos from the event can be found on Catechism's Facebook Fan Page.

05-09-10 Looks like l'm headed to wine country this summer. Catechism will be screening at the Okanagan International Film Festival this July.
